Photo Effects makes it possible to not only process, but also decorate photos. It offers you more than 100 frames and masks that will decorate portraits, landscapes and even simple casual shots.
It is important that you can apply effects both before and after you decorate a photo. Combining effects and frames is one of the main features of the program.
