Chat Watch description
An utility that monitors both sides of Internet chats on ICQ, AOL, MSN, and Yahoo
Chat Watch is the only program available that shows both incoming and outgoing chat conversations.
Chat Watch is a program for Windows that logs both sides of instant message conversations made on AOL Instant Messenger, MSN Messenger, Yahoo! Messenger, and ICQ.
Chat Watch optionally can be run in stealth mode, automatically e-mail you a copy of each chat conversation, and is password protected.
Chat Watch is a software that monitor incoming and outgoing chat conversations.
Chat Watch works by intelligently scanning your computer for active instant messages.
Chat Watch is not a network "sniffer" and does not in any way monitor your network traffic or slow your Internet connection.
Chat Watch is not a key logger. (A key logger could only log typed messages -Chat Watch logs both sent and received messages!)

· Chat logs can be searched by category, keyword, user, date, and instant messenger.
· Plugins allow you to quickly and easily add support for logging other instant messengers.
· You can remotely view the chat logs in real-time using Chat Watch with Chat Watch.NET and you can synchronize with Chat Watch.NET.
· If you have a mobile device you can view the chat logs on the go with Chat Watch Mobile Edition.
· Easily import your chat logs from Chat Watch 4 or Chat Watch 3 into Chat Watch 5.
· Unwanted chat logs can be moved to the Trash before being permanently deleted.

Parental Control Features
· The Acronym Translator quickly replaces obscure acronyms with their meanings (replace AFK with Away From Keyboard). See a full list of acronyms in the Acronym Translator.
· The Content Monitor quickly highlights chats that may contain offensive words and can notify you via e-mail of the chats. Parents can add custom words to the content monitor watch list.
· The User Notification will alert the user that their instant messages are being logged.
Reporting of Log Conversations
· View the chat logs in real-time using Chat Watch.NET.
· Chat Watch can automatically e-mail you the chat logs and upload the chat logs to an SFTP server at scheduled times.
· The chat logs can be saved as PDF documents for easy viewing.
· Chat logs can be printed from within Chat Watch.

What's New in This Release:
· Added a right-click menu to the text box when viewing a chat log that gives the option to copy the chat text to the clipboard (40).
· Added a split-screen view that lets you view the list of logged chats and the chat text at the same time. To turn on this option select Chat Preview from the View menu (39).
· Fixed a problem that would sometimes give a 'Requested registry access is not allowed.' error message when exiting Chat Watch (38).
· Changed the message box shown if the test e-mail cannot be sent. The message box now gives more detailed information as to why the test failed. (35).
· Can now delete multiple tasks at once (34).
· The subject of the automatic e-mails can now be customized. Refer to Chat Watch's documentation for constants that can be used (31).
· Pressing Enter when adding a custom word to the Content Monitor will no longer close the dialog (30).
· The Event Log dialog is now resizable (29)
